And the winner of the Children’s Choice Award for teens is….

The Children’s Book Council announced last night the list of Children’s Choice Awards winners.  In the teen category, the winner was…<drumroll please>…Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins!!!  IMHO, this was no surprise.  I expect the conclusion of the trilogy, Mockingjay, will be a hot seller when it’s released in August (no crystal ball needed for this one).  You can see my review of The Hunger Games here and Catching Fire here.

For a list of all the winners, visit The Children’s Book Council page.  Or, check out my children’s book blog (KidsReads).
